Our service and this agreement
SparkMingle.net is operated by Rational Solutions, LLC. We provide an online dating service for adults seeking meaningful, one-to-one relationships between men and women. We are Christian-founded and welcome members of other faiths or no religion who respect our relationship and conduct rules.
When you create an account, you agree to these Terms and the Community and Relationship Rules and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Separate purchase disclosures apply when you buy a membership or add-on. Optional marketing consent is not a condition of joining.
Who may join
You must be at least 18, legally able to use this service where you live, and provide accurate identity and account information. Use one account per email and do not create replacement accounts to evade restrictions or lifetime allowances. The service is not for group sexual arrangements, escorting, prostitution, compensated dating, scams, or commercial solicitation.
Your account and profile
Keep your password and verification links private. Notify Support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for information and content you submit and must have permission to use it. Use photographs of yourself and do not impersonate anyone.
Search visibility depends on completed profile requirements, verified email, an approved primary photo, your visibility choices, and account eligibility. Photo approval is separate from identity verification. Your display name and first name appear to eligible members; your account email and private verification documents are not public profile fields.
Membership and verification
Free Trial, paid membership, and Free-Forever Verified membership have different benefits. Trial allowances are lifetime allowances, not daily or monthly allowances. Verification is a review, not a guarantee of character, intentions, criminal history, compatibility, or safety.
Only qualifying women in eligible countries who are approved for the Free-Forever program receive that membership. Other approved applicants may receive a verified badge without receiving free membership. Pending verification does not remove an existing paid membership. Paying for membership does not by itself verify identity.
Do not purchase based on an unavailable or future feature. Approved profile videos are included with eligible paid memberships and are subject to media-review rules. Live video dates and their dependent contact-exchange feature are not currently available.
Sparks and communication
Send a Spark to an eligible member before starting Email or Chat with them. Ordinary Email and Chat do not require acceptance of that Spark or a mutual Spark. Blocks, account restrictions, recipient preferences, and your available allowance still apply.
Free Trial includes two lifetime Sparks, one lifetime outgoing Email, and three lifetime outgoing Chat messages. Replies count as outgoing messages. Incoming trial previews are limited to the first eligible incoming Email preview of up to 50 characters and Chat preview of up to 25 characters; later incoming content may be unavailable. Eligible paid and Free-Forever members have fuller access, subject to safety, usage, and retention limits.
Email subjects are limited to 100 characters, Email bodies to 5,000, and Chat messages to 500. Internal Email is a member messaging feature, not a personal external email account. Do not evade contact-information filters or other safeguards. Contact information sent to trial recipients may be replaced with an unauthorized-messaging notice.
Content permission
You retain ownership of your content. You give Rational Solutions, LLC permission to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to operate SparkMingle, apply your visibility choices, review safety concerns, and comply with applicable obligations. This permission is limited to those purposes and applicable retention periods; it does not transfer ownership or permit unrelated advertising use of your private messages or identity documents.
Do not copy, scrape, harvest, resell, or use automated tools to collect member information without authorization. Do not probe security, bypass access controls, or introduce malicious code. These rules do not restrict activity protected by applicable law.
For an intellectual-property complaint, contact Support with the material’s location, a description of the rights involved, your contact information, and a statement explaining your ownership or authority and good-faith concern. We may request further information and review the material; do not knowingly submit a false complaint.
Message expiration and deletion
Chat normally remains visible for five days and Email for ten days from creation unless an extended expiration applies. Moving Email to Trash or deleting your copy does not unsend the message, delete the other member’s copy, reset an allowance, or restart expiration.
An available retention subscription extends still-existing eligible messages to no more than three months from creation. It does not recover expired messages. Cancellation preserves expiration dates already assigned; new messages use the normal rule after the entitlement ends. Separate moderation records and legal holds may outlast member-visible messages. Safety and enforcement
SPARKMINGLE DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS.
An identity-verification badge is not a criminal-record check, endorsement, or assurance that a person is safe. Read our dating safety guidance.
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, spam, impersonate, upload prohibited content, or access data without permission. Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child exploitation, coercion, abuse, and aiding, abetting, encouraging, arranging, advertising, or facilitating any such conduct are strictly prohibited. Members may not use SparkMingle to recruit or target people for exploitation, including through deceptive offers of romance, travel, employment, or financial support. We may review relevant profiles, media, messages, reports, and security records to enforce our rules. We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or close accounts based on the circumstances, including immediate action for serious safety concerns. Suspected serious criminal exploitation may be reported to appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law. See our law-enforcement request and safety protocols.
Use available Block and Report controls or contact Support. Suspended members may contact Support to ask for review. We do not promise a particular moderation outcome or response time. A restriction does not eliminate rights provided by applicable law.
Payments and cancellation
Paid products require a separate purchase. Read the price, renewal interval, benefits, and cancellation information before authorizing payment. See Billing and Refunds and How to Cancel. Creating a free account alone does not authorize a subscription charge.
Service limits and responsibility
We do not guarantee a match, reply, ranking, uninterrupted availability, or a relationship outcome. Exercise your own judgment about members and offline meetings. No dating service can guarantee that every member is trustworthy or that all harmful activity will be prevented. Do not send money to people you meet through dating services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees beyond those expressly given. To that extent, our liability for a claim concerning a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected subscription period. These provisions do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or our responsibilities under applicable privacy and security laws.
Changes and contacting us
We publish a version and revision date on these policies. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate account or email notice, with renewed acceptance where required. Changes do not silently change the price of an already purchased period. Future renewal changes must be disclosed before they apply, with an opportunity to cancel.
For account closure, policy questions, appeals, or other assistance, contact SparkMingle Support. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain available. You may stop using the service and request account closure through Support; also cancel any recurring subscriptions you no longer want. Ending access does not erase obligations or records that lawfully survive closure.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver on another. We encourage you to contact Support about disputes, but this does not prevent access to courts, regulators, or other remedies available under applicable law.
