Email support@sparkmingle.net. Include your account email, the type of request, and a short description. If you cannot sign in or your account is restricted, you can still email us.

Select an email link to open your email application, or copy the address into your email service. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or identity documents by ordinary email. If verification evidence is needed, request instructions for a protected submission.

Choose the subject that fits

• Account help — registration, sign-in, profile, or technical problems.
• Billing question — include a receipt reference and purchase date.
• Cancel a subscription — instructions and email route.
• Safety report — include the member name, relevant dates, and what happened.
• Moderation appeal — explain the action you want reviewed.
• Privacy request — access, correction, deletion, or a privacy appeal.
• Law-enforcement requests — information for authorized authorities, legal process and urgent safety requests.

Urgent safety concerns

SparkMingle Support is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger. Do not send money or continue contact with someone you suspect is scamming or threatening you. See Dating Safely.

Law-enforcement requests

Public authorities and their authorized representatives may review our Law-Enforcement Request and Safety Protocols. Requests may be directed to support@sparkmingle.net. We do not accept requests for private member data from members of the public through this process.
