Our relationship focus
SparkMingle is for adults seeking meaningful, one-to-one relationships between men and women. People of different religions or no religion are welcome. Treat each other with dignity; faith is not permission to harass or demean another member.
Be genuine
Use truthful identity and relationship information, your own photos, and a profile that represents you. Do not impersonate, create deceptive accounts, use bots to simulate interest, or fabricate success stories. Do not evade account restrictions or lifetime allowances with another identity.
Respect boundaries
No harassment, bullying, hate speech, discriminatory slurs, threats, stalking, coercion, exploitation, or encouragement of self-harm. Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, child exploitation, sexual abuse, and any attempt to aid, abet, encourage, recruit for, advertise, conceal, or facilitate these activities are prohibited. Respect a rejection and do not repeatedly pursue someone who does not want contact. Do not use another account to get around a block.
Photos and other content
Profile media must show the adult account holder and comply with review requirements. Do not post children, group photos, nudity, pornography, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, hateful imagery, or illegal material. You must have the right to upload content. Do not publish another person’s private details or documents.
No scams or solicitation
Do not request money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, banking access, financial investment, paid travel arrangements, or other transfers as part of a scam or solicitation. Commercial promotion, spam, prostitution, escorting, compensated dating, forced labor, trafficking-related recruitment, and group sexual arrangements are not permitted.
Keep communication safe
Use internal communication and respect contact-information filters. Do not disguise phone numbers, external account names, or links to bypass a restriction. Automated filters do not catch every risk. Never share passwords, banking details, home addresses, or private identity documents with another member.
Live video dates and mutual contact exchange are deferred features, not available permissions to bypass current rules. See our dating safety guidance before meeting anyone.
Report and block
Use available Report and Block controls, or email support@sparkmingle.net. Describe what happened and include member names, message dates, and relevant screenshots if safe to do so. Reports must be honest; avoid repeated or retaliatory submissions. Do not download or forward illegal material to make a report. For serious safety or suspected exploitation concerns, we may preserve relevant information and make disclosures to authorities when required or permitted by law, subject to our Privacy Policy and law-enforcement protocols.
SparkMingle is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
Enforcement and review
We may warn, remove content, restrict features, suspend, or close an account. Serious violations may lead to immediate action. Contact-filter violations are recorded under the applicable warning and suspension rules; not every safety violation follows the same sequence.
You may ask Support to review a restriction. Include your account email and relevant facts, but not your password. Refunds and disputes follow Billing and Refunds and applicable law; this page does not remove non-waivable rights.
